Hello follow Actifitians, I am participating in the #Automaticwin challenge plus my today's Actifit report.
Yesterday I saw a post on discord channel on how to participate in the Automaticwin challenge by moderator @Kpreddy. I decided to take part in the challenge today. Below is how I made my step count.
I woke up by 3:30am today ,I put on the Actifit tracker on my phone. Started by preparing my food for fasting, after eating I rest for about an hour , then it was 6:00am. I started by some exercises like: jugging and pushup. After I concluded on my home exercise, it was 7:30, I got prepared for my office.
Today despite how far my office it, I decided to trekking from home to my office, which helped me to reach my 10k Actifit step.
