We began with a simple dish of Seared Scallops with chorizo.
The smooth scallop contrasted well with the chorizo, and the lemon puree added a subtle sour note.
The Iberico pork chop
which is impressively flavourful and has a firm, pleasant bite. The roasted pumpkin is enticingly soft and sweet, and the pork cracklings are moreish!
The steak was well-cooked and the baked garlic at the side made the dish taste more refreshing.

All these steaks have been carefully selected and butchered and aged in-house, and they offer the finest, most pristine flavours you can imagine. There is no way you will not swoon over them!
Panna Cotta
as it came with shaved ice on top and hints of black sesame throughout. Surprisingly, the ingredients came together immaculately and I couldn’t get enough of this refreshing dessert.
