I could remember when I first joined hives, I was just egar to get the price, I wasn't constant. Sometimes I don't even post, engage for weeks but I was still fighting to grow. Hives Is actually a place where you interact with people around the world and also gain some friends who can become part of your life stories..
before introducing someone to hives, I'll first of all tell them about the little I know, how it's works, f how it can help them because it's very important to get little knowledge on what you want to do before taking the step forward..
some people who developed the intention of using hives as a places to earn without enjoying the fun and experiencing the life in it always feel bad whenever their expectations are cut off.
i will make them see hives as a place where you come and make friends a market or a bank. And I will also remove the mentality of the rewards from them (just to make them feel it's more to the fun, experience and interaction than the earning) because it will do them more harm than good.. that also happen to me, because when I first joined hives, I was just looking for a space to earn and still maintain my normal schedule, but I never knew it's wasn't how I think..
i will educate them more about what they are about to go into and how they can grow gradually, if possible I'll create a vedio even if it cause me hours to do, just to pass my know to them, and still advice then to seek more and not depend on mine alone..
i could remember when I first introduced someone to hives, he was just concentrated on the pay, pay and pay.. and when it's wasn't how he expected he was sad and I think he gave up..
some just find it heard to start because they think the growth is small forgetting that consistently Is the key.. seriously for me convincing some people to join hives is kind of heard, because many who have been through a lot with some online stuffs will also think that it's the same even if you try..
