Let me tell you that the only way to be in communion with God is to live our hearts. Our life acquires a special meaning when our heart contains God by renewing the charm of our existence.
One of the ways to renew the charm of our
existence is to maintain a personal encounter with Jesus. We achieve this through prayer and meditation on the Sacred Scriptures.

We can establish this personal encounter with Jesus by dedicating an hour a day that we could divide into three parts.
1. Contemplation of Jesus that reveals His Truth.
He was still speaking when, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and a voice from the cloud said, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased; listen to him.”Mathew 17:5
Let's meditate on this text so we will have a good message of light for our journey. It becomes necessary to read it to live the living message that has the word.
Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. John 6:68

2. Contemplation of Jesus as the Way.
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6
Let's present here Jesus the teacher our own life, our projects, our enthusiasm, our way of acting, relating, praying and speaking. The Lord will be present at this time to welcome our requests.
When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” John 8:12

3. Contemplation of Jesus Life of our life.
The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. John 10:10
In this moment of prayer, our own life is presented to Jesus with all the needs of the church, of the world, of the people.
There we are oriented to adore, to thank, to bless, to intercede, to offer, to repair and to beg.
