In modern times, there is already a gas stove to cook a variety of foods. However, in Aceh Province there are still poor people who use wood as fuel to cook rice and other food.
According to the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Aceh, the number of poor people in Aceh Province in March 2017 was 872.61 thousand soul or 16.89 percent.
Some poor people in Aceh daily collect wood in the garden, then bring it home to use as fuel to cook food. Because the that poor man does not yet have the money to buy a gas stove.
