Bahan-bahan yang digunakan :
- 2 ekor ikan sedang (ikan tergantung selera anda)
Bumbu halus :
- 10 biji cabe merah keriting (sesuai selera)
- 5 siung bawang merah
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 1 ruas jahe
- 1 ruas lengkuas
- 1/2 ruas kunyit
- bumbu tambahan-
- Sereh geprek
- 2 lembar daun salam
- 2 lembar daun jeruk
- Santan kental (aku pake yg instan ukuran kecil)
- secukupnya Garam
- secukupnya Gula
Langkah selanjutnya :
- Bersihkan ikan dari kotoran dan insangnya, jangan lupa lumuri dengan jeruk nipis kemudian diamkan 30 menit utk menghilangkan amis di ikan.
- Sambil menunggu ikan, haluskan dulu bumbu, kemudian tumis hingga harum dan masukan sereh, daun salam, daun jeruk, santan garam dan gula. Koreksi rasanya.
- Setelah rasa bumbunya sudah pas, masukan ikan kedalam bumbu dan masak sebentar saja sekitar 3-5 menit lumuri ke ikan yg sudah dicuci bersih tadi. Diamkan selama 1-2 jam agar bumbu meresap ke ikan yang akan di bakar.
- Setelah didiamkan kurang lebih selama 1-2 jam ikan siap di bakar.
- Sajikan bersama sambel cocolan nya kecap rawit (bahan: cabe rawit dipotong2, bawang merah diiris2, tomat dipotong kotak2, kasi kecap manis dan air sedikit supaya encer)
- Selamat menyajikan.

10 seeds-Kinky red chillies (according to taste)
-5 cloves shallots
-2 cloves garlic
-1 segment ginger
section 1-galangal
section 1/2-turmeric
additional seasonings-
Lemongrass-geprek
-2 pieces of bay leaf
-2 pieces of Orange leaves
-thick coconut milk (I pake yg instant small size)
-to taste Salt
-to taste Sugar
The next step :
-clean the fish from dirt and insangnya, don't forget to rub with lemon then let stand 30 minutes to eliminate the fishy taste in fish.
-While waiting for the fish, used to puree the herbs, then Saute until aromatic and input of citronella, Bay leaves, lime leaves, coconut milk salt and sugar. Correction it feels.
