today I will complete my first assignment for this amazing program which is the #NewbiesInitiative program. first I want to say, It's really a fortune for me, to be among people with extraordinary enthusiasm, plus here I get high guidance and dedication from the seniors and also the friendly team, Special thanks to the community team for quickly they are immediately ready to immediately provide answers to questions from me. okay I'll just answer all the questions realistically and makes sense in my opinion.
- What is your Hive goal at End of Initiative (Within 3 months) in terms of Hive Power, followers, comments & engagement and any other Hive related goals you have in mind?
My goal for the next 3 months is very simple, (in my opinion) first I want to build a wider relationship with community members, so far I have got some of their contacts, apart from exchanging opinions in the comments column of other people's posts, then Discord, occasionally I also communicate with them via WHATSAPP and other Mesengger applications, this is very good for a process, you can exchange knowledge with other great people, the conclusion is, expand the relationship between Hive users.
Then about the POWER of HIVE, I am also like people in general, I think it will be useless if I don't set a target in everything I do, as well as on this platform, since I joined this platform a few months ago I have been thinking long, first I studied little by little to the point I found this great community, after that I immediately set a target to get a lot of HP, and now I state my target is 500 HP, regardless of whether I can afford it or not I remain optimistic for the target I set , in the past month I have been more consistent with my goals, after having the opportunity to be among the #NewbiesInitiative I am more confident, I will gain a lot of knowledge and also benefits for my goals, plus I have determined the results of curating my writings for HP.
For the number of followers it may not really matter to me, I don't really care about the numbers, neither does the Reputation number, I'm not saying it's WRONG, sometimes they just press the "FOLLOW" section, but ignore our posts on their homepage, it's a fact, you have to believe it (Not All) I've even noticed that it's those who don't follow me who visit my posts more often. I think building a relationship on #generalChat Discord or via other helper apps would be more effective. But apart from that I have also followed a lot of users on the HIVE platform, that's positive.
- How do you plan to achieve it?
Everyone will of course have different ways, So am I, I have set the time for all of this, as I have said, for now I will not take or sell the curated results of my writing, I have committed to that, Of course I have to do some things for my daily needs, The plan that I have compiled and even I am already running it now, I divide my time into 3 parts. (in a day)
time for other things that can generate a little income for my current needs.
Time to think of content ideas and also to create content.

The three time sequences above could be random, I can't explain in detail when I should do the first point or the second, DEPENDING ON CIRCUMSTANCES.
- In your opinion, what challenges might you face in achieving this goal?
It's a little difficult for me to answer this question, hehe.. maybe I should increase my patience more, of course in everyday life sometimes I have to follow socialism and so on, of course I have to spend a little time there, at least that will be a bit of an obstacle for me, but it doesn't matter, I can overcome it, I will be wiser in dividing my time.
for the challenge it's not a problem for me, because since a long time ago I call it a hobby, challenge is a hobby, it will be very fun.
In addition, I invite all new people here to keep trying new things, to get maximum results of course we have to maximize our performance, keep evolving, because over time everything will change too, with us trying new things then we won't be surprised by the upcoming changes.
I think that's what I'm here for, the target for 3 months, with determination and consistency we will become influential people here, believe me, slowly but surely, time will tell, Keep the spirit for all the new kids who are struggling, We certainly can.
