In the end, isn't that what we all want?

After a brief stop at the Eiffel tower (probably the third time we had been there in a week .. because why not..) we crossed the bridge over to the Trocadero and I spotted this great message/graffiti.

Its a wonderful and simple message and so very appropriate for the 'city of love'. I thought anyway, and in the end (as my title suggests) its probably the one thing everyone in the world has in common. The desire to be loved.. by someone, something .. anything!

People are all different, and though I think that is what makes us rich and strong and wonderful and something we should embrace and celebrate, many around the world still fear difference and change and anything that isn't just like them. Well, now you have something in common with everyone in the world, and the next time you encounter someone you just cannot relate too or you think 'we have nothing in common!', just remember .. you do.
