Travel Philippines: International food with beach town views
Hello Steemians :)
Traveling around the islands we still must eat so we try to explore the different restaurants in each town. Wealthy Filipino people eat 3 times a day. With a snack in the morning and one in the afternoon. For the rest of us we eat when we can. It could be cheap or expensive meals. It could be healthy or unhealthy food.
In this season of food post I'm going to share the Best Restaurant in the area where I traveled. Traveling is a dream of everyone. If you can drop by Puerto Galera remember that 
Walking to the beach path going to the restaurant.
The Verandah Restaurant
The veranda restaurant at Sabang beach is a hotel restaurant located on the far western end of the beach that is walkable. Maybe 10 minutes walked from Sabang main town. Walking the beach path in the rock to the western end of Sabang Beach. It takes about 10 minutes you will see the sign Verandah Restaurant. The restaurant is not directly there, you need to walked to the resort with the view of the pool. Follow the signs up the steps. A few steps that makes you thirsty in a bit.. Oppss don't pass the reception sign it was located right there.
The staff are very accommodating it is not usual to get a good service in the island and we're happy how they welcomed us. The restaurant view is amazing. We always try to sit at the edge where you can see the pool and the beach. We ordered different food each day we visit.
Yong Chow Fried Rice
Greek Salad but it is only iceberg lettuce. It is hard to find good salad in many island, we expected it. The lettuce stops us from ordering salads again but they have other meals that were great.
Mango Flambe with a scoops of ice cream.
Mango and Banana flambe seem to be the standard dessert in Puerto Galera Sabang beach we had them at three or four different restaurants. The one at Montani beach resort was probably the best. However the one we had at Veranda, they came out with a great presentation delivered it to us on fire. The chef came out it was very entertaining but the taste was a little basic. The sauce was good but it was not as flavorful as the one at Montani beach resort..
Montani beach resort uses two or three different liquors they don't have the great presentation like veranda but the taste was excellent we had it at least 3 different times while we were there.

The Mindoro Sling we had here in Verandah was very good compared to other bars.
The restaurant overall is excellent. The views are amazing. It is great to sit on the deck to have some drinks or coffee and relax. The service is good but the food is usually exceptional. The food is what kept us coming back. The prices are little bit higher than normal but the quality makes up for it.
We went there on several occasions for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I prefer breakfast with the coffee is a relaxed atmosphere and not that many people. It tends to get more crowded for dinner but that does depend on when you go.
As we walked back we saw this map of their diving spots in Puerto Galera Island. As some tourist main reason of coming to Sabang is because of the diving.
