In the city of Baltimore, there is a special alley referred to as "Graffiti Alley". The building owners and the police have both agreed to turn a blind eye towards this particular location, allowing graffiti artists to freely tag the alley as they please. It is covered in paint, from top to bottom. And if you come back a couple weeks later, there's a good chance, the alley will look very different. Enjoy!
