The ones running the show in China are now looking beyond a slowing growth rate. They are preparing for an economic collpase, possibly in the Spring of next year.
It was agree by the central party that more stimulus would be released early next year. This is in response to the trade war with the United States.
This could have dire effects for the rest of the world since China's economy is so interwoven into global trade.
