Food is a very important part of our life and I believe that it also help us to stay healthy and defines our mood according to what we eat. I generally prefer eating at home if it is possible but sometimes I eat outside especially when I travel because that is when I do not have the option to eat home cooked food.
Even though when I eat outside them also I tried to eat something which is good for the health and tried avoid the junk food as much as possible. I know that every food is a food but still the nutrition value in each food can be different and I try to avoid the food which is frozen or forces because it is very low on the nutrition value.
I prefer eating the food which is traditional and it is not process to the one you can see on the plate is a popular South Indian cuisine days called idli and it is very good from the nutritional value because it is prepared fresh and have got no artificial colours or something which is not good for the health.
I like noodles but even though it is something I can eat almost everyday but I eat it once in a while which is generally once in a month or maybe more than that sometimes. I am very much focus on the quantity of the food that I intake because over eating is never a good idea so a balance is required between what I eat and how much quantity also I eat in my breakfast lunch or dinner where the last meal of the day is in the very light for me. Good food brings good mood and at least this is what I feel but maybe because but I think does not mean that everybody think the same so it is what I believe and I experience but other people can also have different opinion about the food but all together food is something that we all consume twice or thighs in a day depending on our schedule and how and what kind of lifestyle you follow.
