Italian ruins are always impressive but I wasn't expecting them to be empty. Exploring ruins when you're the only visitor truly immerses you in another world. These truly are remnants of another world, a world that we can't truly comprehend today. Judging from what has been left behind by these ancient civilizations, and seeing it in person, makes me question whether humanity has progressed or regressed.
