I had no idea what to expect from Pompeii when I decided to visit. I'm so glad that I decided to go because Pompeii exceeded all expectations that I might have had. It's much larger than I thought it would be and there are so many interesting things to see. I was caught in a thunderstorm no less and ended up stranded in the ruins for a few hours. I was 100% okay with it! I highly suggest anyone thinking about visiting Pompeii to go, especially if you love ruins. I'd live there if I could.
