It’s the dream of every true Steemian to see our darling Steem gain mass adoption. Many of us have been involved in the growth idea sessions that was set in motion by 
Over the last few weeks, with the little population explosion that we have been having in this community, I realized the need for mentorship/training to walk hand in hand with our increasing user base.
This is primarily because people are coming in from diverse backgrounds with varying understanding of what Steem and Steemit truly stand for and therefore the tendency to be easily disappointed is very high.
The truth is that if the mentality of a people can be tuned to the right frequency, anything and everything is possible!
The shaping (or reshaping) of people’s mentality can either be done by endlessly bombarding them with posts (on the topic) that they might soon grow tired of reading, or by a concentrated effort which includes getting to know them and building a relationship with them.
I believe this process, of reorientation takes time and needs to be laser focused for it to be truly effective.
Introducing One Quality (

In light of my recent quest and efforts to grow the Nigerian community on Steemit, and after singlehandedly putting together within a short period the first Steemit meetup in Ibadan and possibly the first in the entire nation, I have decided to run a program to help newbies from Nigeria get on to a good start here on Steemit by ingraining in them the basics, and teaching/showing them to imbibe the qualities of true Steemians.
Our Vision
One Quality (oneQ) has been set up with the vision of growing the Nigerian community on Steemit.
Our Mission
We are setting out to do three basic but very important things;
To imbibe the true Steem spirit, of love, sharing and helping, in every member.
To hit a target of 1000 SP per member within 30 days.
To put out only one quality content per member every day.
All earnings on posts made by members during this 30 day period will be fully powered up! Nobody will be withdrawing anything!
If we are able to meet all these goals, then this project would be deemed a success.
So far…
A Telegram group has been set up and members of the alpha set have been recruited. These folks volunteered to be the test rabbits for this program and are currently interacting and getting to know one another.
There will be a maximum of 10 members of this initial batch. We currently have 9 already with space for just one more. Preferably a female.
Each member will be required to publish ONE QUALITY post every day. Not more than one post a day till they're able to master the art of creating quality content.
