Today's thought
Today (Saturday) I had the pleasure of going to Supper Club with and a number of other Steemians. As much as I try to track my calorie intake; it was impossible tonight.
Some days are like that. I need my best to compensate by having a light lunch and also doing some cardio in the morning. I'll see what the damage is in the morning. Whatever the case, it was worth it!
