Hallo liebe getinshapechallenge Community, ich war heute sehr activ und der Morgen begann mit einer Trigger-Sport-Massage, danach ging es ins Wasser um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen und das mehrmals in Laufe des Aufenthaltes in der Therme. Als Highlight habe ich für mich und meinen Schatz die Premium Ruhe Longe gebucht, in der wir uns richtig gut erholen konnten.

Hello dear getinshapechallenge community, I was very active today and the morning started with a trigger sports massage, then I went into the water to swim a few lanes and this several times during my stay in the spa.
