Although I have already introduced myself before I'd like to to do so again so I can get your opinion.
I'm thinking about writing series of articles and blog posts about fitness. That encompasses everything from training methods to nutrition and recovery.
I would write about:
- Strength training
- Bodybuilding
- Calisthenics
- Performance training
- Various nutrition options
- Methods of recovery and health in general
I've been in combat sports and weightlifting my whole life. Also I have a medical degree and by now I've tried everything there is so I'm looking to share my insights and experiences for your own benefit if you want.
