Who says working out has to be boring? Its fun to get outside and do an activity that benefits your body and your mind. For me, kayaking is one of my favorite things to do. Its surprisingly a decent upper body workout!
Luckily, living in south Florida, there are plenty of cool spots to kayak or do water activities. The intercostal, ocean (when its flat), lakes, and inlets are a few places. I personally like kayaking in the intercostal since theres so much pretty scenery to look at. The multi-million dollar homes are quite a sight to see!
