The entrance to MRT Sutthisan looks pretty much like the entrance to any other MRT Station in Bangkok Thailand. You can see the steps I will be dragging my heavy luggage up tomorrow. The MRT is awesome here, but they do not have handicapped facilities or accommodations for the most part.
The station itself is wonderfully accessible, but this entrance is hard or impossible for some people to enter with. One of the other three entrances does have an elevator, but the effort needed to get over there is not worth it for me.
I usually do fine and take things slow no matter what. In the years I have had Rheumatoid Arthritis, I have learned to give myself time and try not to hurt myself unnecessarily.
From what I remember in Kuala Lumpur, they have less obstacles like this is the downtown core where I will be staying. Moving from a quiet Thai neighborhood to a bustling Malaysian tourist area will be quite a change for me, but I think it will be just fine.
No matter what, I like this photo best out of the many I have from this very same spot. It gives me good thoughts of the time I’ve had here. I hope I will come back again.
