Som Tom is a favorite food in Thailand. They serve it at most of the dinners at my Thai friends’ house and this is one of those times.
This week I have been posting about food I don’t like and this another dish I am not fond of. It is very spicy and the ingredients are barely cooked if at all. The normal cooking method is bashing everything together in with a mortar and pestle.
Seafood is included and tasted very fishy to me if I get get past the spiciness.
Sometimes I may see a shrimp in here, and if I do, I pick it out and go throw it on the grill. Once the shrimp is cooked it is wonderful and I do not know how anyone eats them raw. The version here has raw squid. Oh no!
My post is for this week’s foodphotography by

I am blogging about weight loss these days to help others get thin and healthy like I did. The skills I learned are the reason I ate this banana. Please follow along and you can do this too!
