So.. when people want to lose weight they generally think they need to do one of three things: 1) Eat less 2) Go to the gym 3) Go vegetarian or some crazy shit like that.
It turns out, all of these misconceptions are the reason why people give up.
So without further ado it’s time to convince you that skipping breakfast (aka intermittent fasting), is the easiest hack for losing weight, quickly and effortlessly.
This may be hard to believe having been told your whole life that breakfast is the most important meal of the day ...but... the science totally checks out.
The body is naturally designed to “gorge”, then go pretty long without any food. This pattern allows the person to use up everything in the tank before eating again. This eating pattern, which wild animals still use (maybe the reason there aren’t any obese leopards or cheetahs), goes back to the times when you only ate after a hunt.
The nice thing about this is that you can get away with eating pretty much whatever you want because your body has to use it for energy thus, can’t convert it to fat.
So now that you know why, here’s a couple tips for how to actually do it.
Drink coffee (no sugar) or soda water. It really fills you up and makes you forget about eating.
Fight the hunger pains because they go away. The feeling of hunger is not a perfect indication of when you actually need food. Rather, it is a hormone that is releases based on routine eating schedule. If you fight the hunger, it will go away within a few minutes.
So there you have it. This is perfect for you if you hate rationing out food and eating salad all the time.
