We have not had a weekend away without the kids since our oldest was born over 4 years ago. We are doing a time share presentation and get 3 nights at the Paramount Hotel in downtown Seattle. 8 blocks from Pike Street market and the water front.
It is a bit difficult getting my head into the trip though as we had a massacre on the farm this morning that I found literally as we were about to leave for our trip. I will be posting about it tonight once we are back in the room. Right now we are going for beer at the Tap House Grill to try and get our heads into the occasion.
