I really don't think it's healthy the way our society tells us to raise kids and live in society. We're social creatures, and the powers in control have separated us into little bits (which are easier to control)
Reason 1: It's Just Not Normal
Humans aren't made to live by themselves. We've ALWAYS, throughout our evolution, lived in communities or 30-200 people. When we were hunter gatherers, we did everything as a community. Child caring and even breastfeeding was shared among all pregnant women. No one "owned" anything. We could rely on our friends, and our community.
Reason 2: Increased Isolation and Loneliness
We already have way too much of this in our world. Depression, anxiety, suicide. Keeping us isolated from the rest of our community eventually leads to so much emotional and mental distress. Right? So why are we doing this to ourselves?
Conspiracy Reason 3:
Keeping us separate weakens us as a species. If those in power want a malleable people to control and impose their will upon, then keeping us in little groups is the way to go.
Solution:
We much go back to our ancestral ways. Reaching out to others more. Finding our unique community. It is harder and harder to do so, because everyone is so disconnected on their phones. Or even look at building or joining an already established community, and maybe move there on their land. That is my goal.
