On todays trip to the wetlands near Linz i had the luck to see several animals mating. Spring fever is all around and i was able to catch several animals mating on picture. Today in the morning i met Stefan and we both drove to the "Weikerlsee" that is one of several lakes in the wetlands of the Danube river near Linz. There you can usually find a lot of birds and other animals like rabbits and foxes. So once again we get up early and walked through the forrest, bushes and grassland there.
We hid on the watefront of the lake behind some high grass and watched the waterbirds swimming around on the lake. Whenever some bird got close enough to us we took several pictures. I really need to find the time to go through them all, i just tried to find the best of the collection to show you but when i am on a photo trip the whole day and then come home in the evening i just have time to take a short look and go through some of the picture i might think that are the best and prepare them for Hive. :-)
When there is a rainy day i will take a deeper look to them all. But at least i have some spare pictures on my harddisk this way.
