Stuffed Mushrooms Are The Center Of The Sabbath Meal
With mushrooms plentiful in the local forests, the stores are full of these delightful fungi. They are loaded with antioxidants, the B vitamins, Vitamin D, and many other necessary minerals. These large Portobello Mushrooms are perfect for stuffing with vegetables and topping with cheese. I love putting broccoli, onions, garlic, tomatoes, and peppers. In the above picture I used all these and two kinds of cheese. However, you can use whatever vegetables you desire. Pineapple is also good for a different take. I bake them at 375 till everything is done and melted. What a delicious Sabbath meal.
