Good
God wants to see us happy.
To trust in the Lord with all your heart and not lean on your own understanding is a profound concept. As human beings, we often believe we have everything under control. So, what does it truly mean to trust in God?
It's quite simple: it means learning to think like Him and act in accordance with His will. For instance, within the family, it means loving your spouse. Many good things result from this love, and no harm comes from it.
For children, it means honoring their parents, the first commandment with a promise.
In regard to God, it means seeking Him all the time because we, as human beings, have thousands of thoughts constantly. Thus, making mistakes is natural.
When we seek God's help, He assists us in remembering His commandments and comforts us. The guidance we receive from Him is accurate and just, as He knows what's best for us. Even Jesus said, "I do not want this cup," but His suffering did not make Him forsake God. Therefore, remaining faithful in times of difficulty is one of the greatest ways to trust in God.
If we look at those who trusted the most, they amazed God, and He rewarded them with extraordinary things. An example is Solomon, who only asked for wisdom to govern a people with free thoughts, and God granted him divine wisdom, which is swifter and more precise for all situations.
Seeking God is the goal that many pursue, and through it, they experience personal growth, live in peace, and promote peace and goodness. It means being generous and sharing God and His magnificent promises with others.
We are in a period where God does not intervene in the same way as He did in the past. The flood occurred around 1600 years after creation, and since then, the periods of revelation have been shorter. What's most interesting is that 4,000 years passed before the arrival of Jesus.
This current time (2,000 years since Jesus) is an opportunity to make God our refuge and strength, as nothing in life or no one is entirely secure. However, God is always there for all of us, running toward us when we earnestly seek Him. He believes in us when we promise to be faithful and teaches us to trust in Him.
God wants to see us happy.
