They had been under pressure for weeks, by crypto figures such as ETH's Vitalik Buterin.
The Texas Securities slapped them with a cease and dissist order on Jan 4th.

This should be a huge testament to the caution and care we should take when investing our hard earned money.
Be savvy, and play it safe.
This space has some viscious teeth.
And we knew that it was going to attract predators, with how much ICOs have been clearing.
It's our job as a community to keep each other safe with our investments and aware of what's going on. Marks like this gives legislators another reason to be scared.. Kick them out of the space, and do not allow scammers to thrive.
This is our space, and our community. And just the same, we must weed our garden AS a community!
