I've just tried a new muffins recipe and the result was delicious, so here's the recipe! They are perfect for breakfast, very easy to prepare and can be preserved in a dry environment for a week.
Ingredients (12 muffins)
- 250 g of soft wheat flour type 00
- 1 packet baking powder
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 packet of vanillin
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 200 ml of fresh whole milk
- 80 ml of sunflower seed oil (or 70g butter)
- 80 g of chocolate chips
- Butter for the molds
- Wheat flour for the molds
Directions
- Put the sifted flour, backing powder, sugar, vanillin, salt and chocolate chips in a bowl and mix these ingredients together
- Add the milk, oil and egg
- Whisk all the ingredients together until you obtain an homogeneous mixture
- If you use a muffin tin mold, butter and flour the holes before filling them
- Fill the molds for 2/3 of their height
- Cook in the preheated ventilated oven at 180° for 15-18 minutes
- Let them cool down and then the muffins are ready to eat!
