Hello Steeimans, Hello Hong Kong!!
Today I want to share with you all about this cheap restaurant in Central. In average, it costs you US$ 5 to US$ 8 for a lunch. Usually a lunch in Central is around US$ 10 to US$ 15.
It's very packed during lunch time.
When you're seated, the waiters will pass you a set of utensils. The symbol of rooster has some history behind.
Look at the menu, they serve rice soup(congee) and noodles in soup or braised. As a congee lover and cool down from yesterday's dinner. I pick the congee with lean meat & century egg.
Normally it serves plain like this, and just scoop from the bottom you can see all the ingredients.
Have closer look of lean meat & century egg, it may not fit everyone appetites but it's a very good to cool down from yesterday and clean the stomach
Also check their deep-fried and snacks with images attached, it's YUM.
Decorations are all around the shop and you can feel how historical it is!!
ENJOY!!
