Shoyu Chicken
Ingredients:
5 lbs chicken thighs
2 cloves of garlic peeled and crushed
2 inch ginger peeled and sliced
2 tbsp green onion chopped
1 cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce (I use Aloha brand soy sauce)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup dark soy sauce
1tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
