In my first post, I already made known to everyone how much I love seafood and here I am again showing that I really do.
This time is just a simple Buttered Shrimp for dinner that we prepared and cook. Aside from the butter that adds to the creaminess of the flavour of the shrimp, the spring onion made it look and taste refreshing as well. I personally think that a seafood could be treated as simple as this since it already have a ton of flavour in it. We just need to engage it through other subtle flavors.
Aside the shrimp, we also prepared a stir fried Nai Bai, a simple vegetable dish with garlic as it's main flavour. Of course a dash of salt & pepper is more than enough to give it a palatable taste.
