And the rainy weather didn't really make me crave smoothie bowls or anything cold for that reason, so I went with this loving tower of TURMERIC AND VANILLA PANCAKES (recipe below) 🥞✨

It feels so good to be eating mindful, putting aside anything that might take your mind off enjoying the nourishment on your plate. Put aside your phone, your computer, your book or whatever else thats distracting you. Close your eyes, savor every bite and let your tastebuds explore, cherishing the power of plants!

I definitely need to eat mindful more often, I often find myself being distracted from various things.
RECIPE;
1 1/4 Cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 1/4 Cups plants based milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp turmeric
In a big bowl, mix up all the ingredients and fry them in a pan over medium heat. Stack 'em up and enjoy!
