material-
Rice flour - 1 cup
Urad dal flour 2 table spoon
Celery- 1/2 teaspoon
Salt-by taste
Red pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric -1 / 4 teaspoons
Asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoon
Hot Oil -1 Table Spoon
Oil-making
Method-
First, take rice dough and urad dal flour in a bowl, then add all the spices and hot oil in the flour and mix it well with your hands. Now knead the dough with the help of water. Now keep muffed dough covered for 15-20 minutes and set to be set. Now the dough is ready to make the chuckle.
Now take a little dough from the mashed flour and put it in a chuckle making machine and give it long and close the machine. Now take a pearly polythene sheet or butter paper and make the chuckle machine by pressing it on the top, turning round-round.
