(Here's another snapshot of the small banana plantation where I helped out during my holiday in Thailand. I have fond memories of it and hope to be able to travel there again soon.)
Hi Actifitters,
after taking it very easy in terms of training intensity the day before yesterday, I increased the intensity a little yesterday and cycled 50 kilometers in Zone 2.
My goal was to further improve my Garmin values while still generating benefits for my endurance.
Garmin is only partially satisfied with my training. My current training status is unproductive, as I haven't had any really high training loads for quite some time.
That's why I'm finally going to really push my heart rate up again during today's training. However, to avoid completely crashing my stats and ending up overtraining again, I'll only do a short session.
