I want to send you my monthly wishes with a picture that I took a few days ago and is already one of my favorites!
It is the first image of this post and what you see is a branch from an almond tree ready to bloom. I took a lot of pictures that day and I have posted many of them but I kept this one for a special occasion and that is today :)
So happy new month everybody! Just one more month of winter and spring will come in full speed!
I also wanted to give you my feedback on liketu. I uploaded a couple of posts at the weekend so I am not an expert, I just took a first glimpse! Nevertheless I can tell you that it has a very easy to use and simple format, resembling instagram a bit. You upload your pictures, you write your words, add a few keywords and that's it, you hit the post button. My only concern was how the post looked in other front-ends and it felt a bit weird especially if you have a lot of pictures published. In liketu the text is next to the images but in peakd, for example you have to scroll down all the pictures in order to see the text. I felt a bit uneasy with that so I asked if I could edit the post in peakd. And I did, again and again and again :)
After spending a lot of time back and forth I have one advise for you: Don't try to change it! Liketu is an easy fun way to post on the blockchain without many formatting options and you should use it for what it is, nothing more, nothing less.
One more note. Although I took the 100% choice (it is either 100% for 100% powered up rewards, 50% for 50/50 rewards and 0% to decline rewards) my post ended up in a 50/50 status which is not a big deal, if only it wasn't the last days of a monthly power up challenge by and cost me my budge :) But again not a big deal!
And since I am not the one picture at a time kind of guy, I am also sharing a few more shots that I took the past few days. It is still winter here too, but a gentle and kind one, so we don't miss some blooming even in the middle of it!
All the pictures and the words are mine.
Thank you for reading and if you want to know more about me you can check out my introduction post.
