Initially, I was afraid of riding a motorcycle, both pilot and going as a passenger, however, there was a day when I had a slight accident, I literally fell on my ass. Man, that hurt so much that I spent about 20 minutes immobile in the middle of the asphalt. After that, I realized that I was more afraid of being taken as a passenger than I was of having control of the vehicle myself. So from that point on, I started to take small rides using my colleagues' motorcycles during my work break.
As traumatic as some experience has been, if you have the chance to treat your body and then your mind, if you feel a spark that you may already have an overcoming experience, DO IT!
Take control of everything you can in your life, take the reins of all situations that refer to your mental and physical health. Stay strong in all possible areas, as that way you will be much more recognized. Your self-esteem will improve, you will feel more confident in yourself, the discomfort will be your comfort, and if you have problems with pornography it will also slowly fade away.
Being the man of the house I feel every day a kind of mental pressure to be successful as soon as possible. Having a good health plan for those we love, a good house to live in, and a car to walk around is every family man's dream. Today I ask God to continue to provide me with health and strength to achieve this dream.
