Summer is coming...really fast! And during the summer, what I enjoy the most is eating ice cream: all types! But when it’s made by me, it’s even better.
Ingredients:
250g mascarpone
200ml cream
100 g sugar
15 g pistachio paste or mango puree.
Using a blender, mix the ingredients. Pour into a loaf pan.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Top it with some pomegranate seeds.
