Hello, street art friends! As usual, I’ve got a new discovery for you, and this time it’s in Bogotá, Colombia.
The mural I’m showing you today is by a well-known Colombian artist who goes by the name of Bastardilla, known for her socially themed works, which reflect struggle, criticism, memories and resistance.
When I saw this mural, I was particularly struck by the female face and the blue colour she used, which resembles smoke, fire and fluids in constant motion.
Personally, I loved the location and the black background of this mural, as it really brings out the depth of the details and the style of this work, where the fire and blue smoke represent transformation and strength.
Ultimately, I see that this work seeks to bring a social reality to life, inviting the viewer to empathise and reflect on human dignity

Fuego azul. Streetart in Bogotá Colombia
Hola amigos de streetart como de costumbre traigo un nuevo hallazgo y está vez es en Bogotá, Colombia.
Este mural que les presento hoy es de una reconocida artista Colombiana que se hace llamar Bastardilla quien se caracteriza por sus trabajos de temática sociales, dónde se reflejan lucha, críticas, memorias y resistencia
Al ver este mural me llamo mucho la atención el rostro femenino y el color azul que ella usó, que asemeja humo, fuego y fluidos en movimientos constantes.
Personalmente me encantó la ubicación y el fondo negro que hay en este mural, ya que se resalta más en profundidad los detalles y el estilo de este trabajo, dónde el fuego y el humo azul representa transformación y fuerza.
Al final veo que está obra busca vibilizar una realidad social, invitando al espectador a la empatía y a la reflexión sobre la dignidad humana
