After the Stormbird escaped its trap, I glided to my Sunwing and collected a Horus energy cell. The bird was too high to hit, so I redirected my attack toward a giant machine on the beach. After a brief stun and a narrow escape, I returned to gather more energy cell for a second strike.

I waited on the height of the bridge for a moment to see if the Stormbird comes back to its perch, but it didn't show any signs of returning as it was still stuck below. So I jumped off the bridge and I called my Sunwing to go for the Stormbird to finish what I started.

As the bird was still stuck within the rusted metal of the lower bridge, I decided to take revenge on it for its early attacks that cost me my life. So after landing there on some rig nearby, I started shooting it with everything I could from my arsenal. Arrows and bolts hammered into its plating as I tried to disable its primary weapons.

When I almost took the machine down, it suddenly got free as it did its best to survive the onslaught by thrashing its massive wings. It flew up into the dark sky, screeching a warning that echoed across the Isle of Spires. I watched it ascend, realizing that my advantage on the ground had completely vanished in an instant.

As it would be fatal for me with the machine flying above me, I jumped off the place. I started gliding through the ruins till I found my ride back, whistling for my Sunwing to pull me away from the danger zone. I barely cleared the edge of the rig before a bolt struck behind me.

After getting on the back of my Sunwing, I then noticed there are some sources of Horus energy cells glowing with a volatile blue light nearby. I steered my mount toward them and I grabbed one to use it against the Stormbird, hoping the massive discharge would bring it crashing back down to the waves below.

Then I tried to get above the Stormbird and release the energy cell on the machine, but the Stormbird was too high for my mount to safely reach. I couldn't go grabbing the heavy energy cell effectively while maintaining the necessary altitude. And besides, the machine kept firing us with precise elemental blasts that forced me to stay on the move.

I decided to get to the shore and release the energy cell on the big machine on the beach instead, leaving the Stormbird behind for now. I dove toward the coastline. The giant machine below was unaware of the destruction coming from the sky.

After getting close to the big machine, I released the energy cell, and it blew up in a spectacular flash of light and sound. The explosion stunned the machine for a limited time, but it didn't give me enough time to get close to it and attack its weak points effectively.

Then I don't know what I was doing as I landed close to that machine when the beast machine was already angry for getting stunned last time. It recovered much faster than I anticipated, turning its massive head toward me with a glowing red eye.

Before the giant machine ripped every part of my Sunwing with its crushing weight, I escaped him and regained altitude just in time. I started flying towards the source of the energy cell again to teach the machine some lesson it wouldn't forget. I knew I needed to be faster and more precise with my next delivery.
The next post will be coming soon. Screenshots are my take from the game and I took the game logo that I used on the thumbnail picture from online.
