All over the world we always have this melicious idea that a dog can see and sense far beyond what the human eye can't. This applies to seeing supernatural beings and the dead, that is basically why the police and other folks use it for security and detective, they can easily sense human behaviour.

“What the dog saw” is one of the best collections by Malcolm Gladwell. I've been reading this book for a year now, funny though because I have to prioritize between taking care of the kids and my relaxation time. Oh well I just finished the book and it's truly an amazing piece.
When I got this book years ago I was thinking differently because of the name. I basically thought it was about the tales that were told by our fathers on the amazing things a dog can see, but the title was misleading.
When I finished the book I then realized why the title was called “What the dog saw”. The stories by Malcolm all share a common theme, in them Gladwell shows us the world through the eyes of others even if it happens to be a dog.

With powerful stories being portrayed it will give you a clear understanding and intriguing lessons wrapped around your mind. I grabbed some myself such as; The difference between choking and panicking, study who is using your product and how. To sell painkillers you need to understand the person in pain and not just the pain, bell curves are misleading, while pitching remember who is the star. And so much more.
Basically this book will change how we understand our world and ourselves, it reads a different meaning of how we see things by converting every disappointment to opportunities and stepping stones rather than buried in it. For me it's a must read.
