A study of 400,000 subjects provides the basis for this news. Preventing cardiovascular disease would reduce the number of strokes and heart attacks among populations, and would also address other issues with cardiovascular disease, including arrhythmias, heart failure and problems with heart valves.
An analysis of the study data, revealed that those who ate “about an egg per day related to a lower risk of heart disease compared with not eating eggs."
