Composition:
Pumpkin – 500 gr.
Mushrooms – 250 gr.
Onions – 1 PC.

Mushrooms – 250 gr.

- Pumpkin peeled, cut into medium dice, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with seasoning "Provence herbs". Fry in melted butter for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Mushrooms clean, chop, onion peeled, minced, carrots, peeled, cut into small cubes, fry in a separate pan for 15 minutes in butter.
- Add the mushrooms, carrots and onions to the pumpkin, pour a little water, simmer on low heat under a lid for 25 minutes.
- The dish is ready.
