Make a difference

I received the above keychain during my 10-week Teacher Leader Programme. The keychain is a good reminder to us about making a difference.

Everyone knows that steem price and almost every cryptocurrency are down.

Instead of complaining, we should learn to ask ourselves how have we made a difference in steemit.

Most people who post regularly hope to get good upvotes. This is a fact that everyone cannot deny.

Beside creating content in steemit, are we making a difference here?

Hive account@qurator has definitely made a difference in steemit. Steemit members who sign up will be reviewed to see whether they can join based on the quality of their content.

It provides an upvote to quality content creators.
Many manufacturing companies often get ISO certification to prove the quality of their products.

Qurator is really like an ISO in steemit.

Getting accepted even without an upvote is really a privilege indeed.

Serious good content creators can consider Qurator as a certification of their quality content.

Hive account@qurator has definitely made a difference in the standard of quality content in steemit.

Hive account@esteemapp by Hive account@good-karma

Most of us know that Hive account@esteemapp is one of the earliest mobile app for steemit.

It is really one of the first mobile app that I use for steem which I am still using it now.

The fact that this post is being posted via Hive account@esteemapp indicates that it is a valuable resource to us.

Some may say that esteem takes 10% of post reward whenever we post through it.

We must also not forget that many of us also benefit with the upvotes that we get from Hive account@esteemapp and Hive account@good-karma when we post using the esteemapp.

It has definitely also made a difference by providing the mobile experience for us especially when we want to make a post without our laptops with us.

Hive account@good-karma has definitely made a difference in steemit through his various contributions.

As a classroom teacher, I have made a decision many months ago to be a regular supporter of Hive account@steemiteducation.

I do make regular donation to Hive account@steemiteducation and many of its established members are in my upvote list.

Hive account@steemiteducation has made a difference by bringing numerous educational articles to steemit.

Without Hive account@steemiteducation in the early stage of steemit, we may only see crypto-related articles.

Regular educational articles curated by a group of dedicated steemiteducation members.

Many of us are teachers so we can understand it takes great dedication to invest their time out of their busy schedule in school.

Hive account@steemiteducation has made a difference and I will continue to give my support as long as I can.

Hive account@smartmarket and Hive account@smartsteem by Hive account@therealwolf

I have recently read an inspiring article named WE ARE STEEM by Hive account@therealwolf.

He is the founder of Hive account@smartmarket and Hive account@smartsteem.

He has contributed a great deal of his time in Hive account@smartmarket and Hive account@smartsteem as well as many steemit activities.

I am sure many newbies as well as steemit members have used Hive account@smartmarket and Hive account@smartsteem before.

His inspiring article has encouraged us to support steem as well as his declaration of his support and commitment to steem.

I have used Hive account@silvergoldbotty in the past before. It is a delegation based community upvote bot.

It is definitely useful for struggling content creators to get a nice daily upvote by delegating some steempower to it without to pay a single cent.

This is a great initiative by Hive account@phelimint even though I am not using it for the time-being due to my own commitment to another project.

Hive account@phelimint has definitely provided opportunities for struggling content creators.

Hive account@adsactly has an active community and it curates good quality content. I am glad to be chosen by it for being the post of the day for more than once.

There are many dedicated moderators behind Hive account@adsactly to curate quality content.

I guess those who had ever been chosen by Hive account@adsactly for post of the day can understand the great feeling of it.

Dust Upvote Initiative

I am the main driver behind the Dust Upvote Initiative of Hive account@delegate4upvot.

Up to this point, I have not really earned from steemit in profit but invested time and money into it.

Like many of the people that I mentioned in this article, I guess I am contributing to make a difference in steemit in some ways too.

Dust Upvote Initiative does not require those being upvoted to do anything except to continue to post as usual.

There is no registration to get in as well since it is mainly through selection.

Selected members are able to get upvotes from Hive account@fun2learn, Hive account@nailyourhome and Hive account@delegate4upvot.

I hope this is a cool initiative even though the upvotes may not be extremely significance but it does contribute slightly to the post value indeed.

Before complaining about anything, have you made a difference in steemit through contribution without return like those I mentioned?

If we are really serious in steem like what Hive account@therealwolf has mentioned in his article, we should stand together and see how we can contribute to this platform.

Don’t just be takers but be givers as well.
Let’s make a difference in steemit as I really want to see steemit platform to last forever.
