What is that one thing that made an impact in your life?
I think everyone of us will have that one thing that we do that changes how we see life. It can be a simple habit, a routine, or a creative activity, but somehow it affects the way we live, the way we think, and even our mental and emotional state.
For me, it is the morning walk with photography.
These photos are simple images that I captured while walking. A fallen leaf resting on the grass, tiny plants growing close to the ground, and a small flower that stood out even in the middle of all the darker textures. They may look like ordinary subjects, but through photography, they became something worth noticing.
That is one of the things I like about this routine. It teaches me to slow down and pay attention. Before, I might just walk past these small details without thinking too much about them. But now, my eyes are always searching for something interesting, something beautiful, or something that tells a quiet story.
Taking photos during my walk also gives me a sense of calm. It makes the morning feel more meaningful because I am not only moving my body, but also exercising my creativity. It feels like I am collecting small moments that would otherwise disappear unnoticed.
Photography has changed the way I look at ordinary surroundings. Even a fallen leaf or a tiny flower on the ground can remind me that beauty does not always need to be grand. Sometimes it is right under our feet, waiting for us to stop and see it.
Have a good day ahead.
