Trent hassles the Hoff
A brilliant free kick from 18 year old Trent Alexander-Arnold helped Liverpool to seal a first leg lead over Hoffenheim in their Champions League qualifier.
This came after Simon Mignolet had saved a poor penalty from former Leicester striker Andrej Kramaric. Thus coming after a foul by Dejan Lovren on Serge Gnabry.
Alexander-Arnold struck in the 35th minute from fully 30 yards out with the keeper routed to the spot.
James Milner then took advantage of space down the left hand side in the second half to put in a cross which Harvard Nordtveit could only cheat into his own goal.
Liverpool's defensive frailties showed themselves late on as Mark Uth pulled one back for the hosts but it is the English side that take the advantage back to Anfield for the second leg.
