Así le di una nueva oportunidad y utilice materiales de costura para reciclar como retazos de telas y la misma cartuchera vieja.
Hello Hive! friends, nice to greet you. I still have some problems with my computer. But I hope to solve them soon. Here I want to share a restoration of an old pencil case. So I gave it a new chance and used sewing materials to recycle as fabric scraps and the same old pencil case.
Ahora tiene una presentación totalmente nueva y durara por mucho más tiempo, aun si se rompe el cierre es fácil cambiarlo. Espero te guste. Te dejo los pasos de cómo lo elabore.
Now it has a brand new presentation and will last much longer, even if the clasp breaks it is easy to change it. I hope you like it. Here are the steps on how I made it.
Materiales:
Retazos de tela
Encaje (opcional)
Hilo, aguja, tijeras, alfileres.
Materials:
Fabric scraps
Lace (optional)
Thread, needle, scissors, pins.
Pasos Para la Elaboración:
Primero seleccione telas que pudiera cortar del mismo tamaño en tiras. Corte suficiente tiras. El ancho es de la escuadra que utilice, este abarca 3cm de ancho. Luego descosí toda la cartuchera y quite el cierre.
Steps for the Elaboration:
First select fabrics that you could cut the same size into strips. Cut enough strips. The width is from the square I used, this covers 3cm width. Then I unpick the whole cartridge case and remove the zipper.
Lo coloque en la máquina de coser, para ir ubicando de forma diagonal las tiras en un mismo patrón.
Place it in the sewing machine, to place the strips diagonally in the same pattern.
Las sujeto con alfileres y entre la rosada coloque un encaje para darle otra decoración.
I pin them together and between the pink one I place a lace to give it another decoration.
Después que termine con toda la pieza, recorte por los bordes.
After you are finished with the entire piece, trim around the edges.
Con otro retado de tela, que será el forro, lo coloque por el revés y cosí para colocar el cierre.
With another piece of fabric, which will be the lining, I placed it on the reverse side and sewed to place the zipper.
Corte por el medio y le di vuelta al derecho.
I cut down the middle and turned it right side out.
Le pase una costura por todo el borde de donde colocare nuevamente el cierre. Cosí el cierre. Asegurándome que quedara centrado.
I sewed a seam all around the edge where the zipper will be placed again. I sewed the zipper. Making sure it was centered.
Le di vueltas y por el revés pase costura por todo el alrededor. Además le deje un espacio que será para voltear.
I turned it inside out and stitched all the way around. I also left a space that will be used for turning.
Así quedo, una cartuchera totalmente nueva. Parte trasera.
