Another one of my food experiments that I did while I'm on my 2 week vacation.
It took long to boil the potatoes before I managed to finally mash them and mix it with some cream cheese and pesto sause.
It tasted better than I expected and I think the person that I was sharing it with liked it.
Hoping for more food experiments now that my new place has a refrigerator and a small kitchen enough for tlmy size.
