Llegue a la plataforma hive blog y fue mucha la información y las horas leyendo e investigando cómo es la dinámica en todos los aspectos relacionados, interrogantes relacionadas con justificar , colocar imágenes, votar, comentar, cómo se distribuyen las ganancias, que es Wallet, e incluso hasta que es eso de HIVE, HBD… en fin, entramos hasta en el mundo de los Token y no sabemos.
Pues bien, así mismo, fue mi desconocimiento con términos como: ballenas, curadores, moderadores, ¿que se necesita para ser ballena?, Si existen ballenas entonces deben existir peces pequeños, en fin, Son muchas las interrogantes, ojalá que cada comunidad enviara en un link a cada usuario que ingresa, toda esta información.
Ahora bien, daré respuestas a las interrogantes sugeridas en esta iniciativa:

1️⃣ ¿Sabes qué función tiene una ballena en Hive?
En mi poco conocimiento, una ballena es un usuario que tiene mucho poder de voto, que ha logrado conseguirlo a medida que ha hecho vida en la plataforma. En cuanto a su función, creo, que tiene que ver con buscar publicaciones de calidad y darle su voto.
Además, Ya que una ballena es el más poderoso de la plataforma por tener un HIVE PODER Muy alto, es el deseo de todo pez pequeño lograr que una de esas ballenas voten por sus publicaciones.
Creo que llegar a ballena debe ser un proceso muy disciplinado y largo, acumular hive poder, debe llevarse muchos años, además de la inversión que se hace en la plataforma, lo que significa, algo de sacrificio dejando todas tus ganancias dentro del sistema para lograr después ayudar a los pequeños peces a crecer en poder y en finanzas.
2️⃣ ¿Tienes una ballena favorita en Hive? ¿Por qué?
Para mi todas son favoritas, aunque no son muy consecuentes en mis publicaciones por ser un pez tan pequeño, sin embargo, valoro en gran manera cuando estas bellas ballenas me visitan, yo me emociono, porque a mi entender, si una ballena me visita, creo que ha valorado mi publicación como de calidad, Lo que significa que estoy haciendo bien el trabajo o por lo menos estoy avanzando, quizás no como otros usuarios que reciben grandes votos pero es un inicio.
Las que creo que son ballenas y me han visitado son: apreciador y OCD, que he notado que cuando votan mis publicaciones la ganancia es mayor.
3️⃣ Si fueses una ballena ¿Qué sería lo primero que harías?
Buscar publicaciones de calidad en todo tipo de usuarios, en primer lugar, para reconocer el trabajo que hacen usuarios que son consecuentes y han llegado lejos con sus aportes, en segundo lugar, para ayudar a aquellos usuarios que siendo nuevos logran con el aprendizaje superar a las expectativas, es decir, se han esforzado tratando de hacer publicaciones excelentes dentro de su poca experiencia.
Quizás implementaría además, un sistema de reconocimiento a aquellos usuarios constantes que siempre están activos, lo haría posiblemente una vez al año o cada 6 meses, donde se le notifique que fue premiado por su constancia y que luego ese usuario coloqué una publicación donde se evidencie este logro. Es una opinión muy personal por mi Vaga experiencia.
4️⃣ Reconociendo el trabajo de Mayvileros desde el 2018 ¿Qué harías si ves que se convierte la comunidad en una ballena?

The ones that I think are whales and have visited me are: appreciator and OCD, which I have noticed that when they vote my publications the gain is higher.
3️⃣ If you were a whale what would be the first thing you would do?
Search for quality publications in all types of users, first, to recognize the work done by users who are consistent and have gone far with their contributions, secondly, to help those users who being new manage with learning to exceed expectations, ie, have struggled trying to make excellent publications within their little experience.
Perhaps I would also implement a system of recognition to those constant users who are always active, I would do it possibly once a year or every 6 months, where they are notified that they were rewarded for their perseverance and then that user would post a publication where this achievement is evidenced. This is a very personal opinion from my Vague experience.
