Hello, everyone. Today I’d like to share with you some purchases I made on HiveNFTs, a website that’s been really helpful for my shopping.
Before making the purchases, I obviously had to check Hive-Engine to see what I had. Well, I noticed I had a bunch of tokens I wasn’t using, so I sold them.

Saludos amigos. Hoy me gustaría compartir con ustedes unas compras que hice en la página HiveNFTs, una página que me ayuda bastante a hacer mis compras.
Antes de las compras evidentemente tuve que ir a Hive-Engine a ver con qué contaba. Pues bien, noté que tenía un montón de tokens que no estaba usando y los vendí.
I sold some POB, a few WAIV, some PIMP, and a few other tokens. I had just under 1 HIVE, so after selling the rest of the tokens, I ended up with 2 SWAP.HIVE. That was enough to buy a few cards that were for sale.
Vendí algunos POB, unos WAIV, otros PIMP y unos cuantos tokens más. Tenía poco menos de 1 HIVE, así que tras vender los demás tokens logré 2 SWAP.HIVE. Suficiente para comprarme unas cuantas cartas que estaban en venta.
Well, I went to the HiveNFTs website and looked for the cards I want to buy, which are the Epic cards. These aren't cards you usually find when opening card packs, so I tend to buy a few every now and then when they're on sale on the marketplace.
Pues bien, fui a la página HiveNFTs y busqué las cartas que cuelo comprar, que son las Épicas. Estas son unas cartas que no suelen ser comunes al abrir packs de cartas, así que suelo comprar de vez en cuando algunas que están en oferta en el mercado.
I found a few, so I went back to Hive-Engine and bought the STARBITS I needed. I actually bought a little over 300K STARBITS—about 360K—because I wanted to buy about three epic cards. Although they weren’t cheap, they were unique cards I didn’t have yet, and they would be a great addition to my collection.
Encontré unas cuantas, así que fui otra vez a Hive-Engine y compré los STARBITS que necesitaba. En sí compré poco más de 300K STARBITS, aproximadamente 360K, pues quería comprar unas 3 cartas épicas que aunque no estaban baratas, sí eran cartas únicas que no tenía y que sumarían bastante a mi colección.
I’ll tell you about each card I bought, one by one. The first two cards I bought were of people; the first one is E246 Mike.
This card has 590 fans and 450 skill. It’s a really nice card; it’s discontinued, but there are plenty on the market, so that was the only way to get it. It adds fans, but it also adds ego, because it doesn’t have the same amount of skill as it does ego—it’s not balanced.
Les hablaré una por una de cada carta que compré. Las dos primeras cartas que compré fueron de personas, en el primer caso está la E246 Mike.
Esta carta cuenta con 590 fans y 450 skill. Es una carta muy linda, está descontinuada pero hay muchas en el mercado, así que era la única manera de obtenerla. Suma fans, pero también suma ego, porque no tiene la misma cantidad de skill que de ego, no está balanceada.
The second epic character was E209 Verity. Like the previous one, she isn't balanced, since she has 590 fans but only 450 skill points. I'll have to take music lessons to make up for it, but that's an understatement because I found another awesome card that I'll show you next...

Well, while I was looking for the epic cards I wanted to buy, I also came across some vehicle cards that are really good, but for now I've only decided on one—the first one you see in the image below...

This is a "monster" car—one of those epic vehicles that are just so cool. In this case, it's the E114 The Protector. This card isn't balanced at all; it just gives me a ton of ego that I'll have to make up for somehow, whether by buying high-skill cards or simply taking music lessons. In total, the card grants a whopping 1,200 fans.
Este es un auto tipo monster, esos vehículos épicos que son tan geniales. En este caso es la E114 The Protector. Esta carta no es para nada balanceada, simplemente me suma un montón de ego que tendré que compensar de alguna manera, ya sea comprando cartas con mucho skill o simplemente haciendo lecciones de música. En total la carta suma la enorme cantidad de 1,2K de fans.
As of today, following this purchase, my ego stands at 2.63%. While writing this post, I’ve been doing a couple of music lessons, so it’s gone down a few points, but there’s still a ways to go. Note that I have over 305K fans and over 310K skill points. You might think that fan ego is less than skill ego and that’s why I shouldn’t have such a big ego, but ego isn’t calculated that way—it’s calculated as fan ego plus mission ego. So right now, my ego is higher than my skill, which is why I’m over 2%. I’ll have to fix that...
A la fecha, después de esta compra, mi ego quedó en 2,63%. Mientras hago el post he estado haciendo un par de lecciones de música, por lo que ha disminuido unas cuantas unidades, pero falta todavía. Fíjense que cuento con más de 305K de fans y más de 310K de skill. Quizás piensen que los fans es menos que el skill y que por eso no debería tener tanto ego, pero el ego no se calcula así, se calcula Ego de fans + Ego de misiones, así que tengo más ego que skill actualmente, por eso tengo más del 2%. Tendré que corregir eso...
